Earls Wants You

Project Profile

In 1982, the first casual dining earls restaurant opened in Edmonton, Alberta. Over 20 years later, we now have 50 earls restaurants throughout Western Canada, Arizona and Colorado.

With the changing dynamics in human resources, Earls wanted a way to help attract and retain staff.

Discovery and Focus

Earls was voted in the top 50 companies in Canada to work for. We wanted their recruitment site to showcase their corporate culture of professionalism, quality service, fashion and of course the food and the restaurants.

We also wanted to bring attention to the various career paths available at Earls. Too often, jobs in the restuarant industry are seen as short term. Earls offers 3 distinct employment opportunites in Service, Kitchen and Leadership.

Creating the Experience.

To bring the Earls Wants You experience to life, we wanted actual staff to tell the of their own stories about the benefits of working for the restaurant. We worked with videographers to capture the essence of these experience for presentation on the website.

Results

The Earls Want You Website has been a tremendous success helping connect the restaurant with hundres of applicants across Canada. Potential recuits can see the actual location where they would be working at and from the testimonials and stories, get a great sense of whether or not they would fit into the Earls expanding team.
