Project Profile

Although a relatively young country, Australia has a wine sector with an impressive history of achievement and innovation going back more than two centuries. Australia was the third largest supplier of the Canadian market in 2005/06 with about 13.8% of the market, behind France (17.1%) and Italy (14.9%).

Discovery and Focus

We work with Wine Australia as brand guardians to maintain the overall aesthetic of the 4 main wine personalities. The brand message is an assurance of consistently better quality at every price point:

Intergral to this reponsibility is the use of the internet marketing through design of eNewsletters and marketing banners. This must compliment all printed materials.

At all times we balance the importance of each of the Australian wine personalities and the over all Wine Australia brand.

This consistency must be carried through a variety of media including electronic and printed invitations, internet web banners, creative for advertising campaigns, co-branded magazine advertisements and features, point of sale devices and displays as well as tasting books and on site signage systems.

Results

Wine Australia continues to enjoy increasing popularity amongst Canadians. With an all year round series of trade and consumer shows, the Wine Australia Corporate website has seen an increase in traffic for the Canadian section of the site. We are happy guardians to help convey the news of the great grape that results in a variety Australian Wine.
